Hear hear on their double standards. Is a government run by Bush or Haliburton(whomever you view as the man behind the job) in the middle of Carl Rove's/ Scooter Libberman's leak, Mike Brown (of FEMA), whom by the way they are still paying using tax payers $$ and implicated in the Enron downfall qualified to accuse people of corruption? How about they make themselvees the SI unit, by whose standards corruption would be measured?!

I don't want to be an apologist for the Uk or the USA but when I followed your links read further you are not comparing oranges to bananas:

BLUNKETT

- Blunkett DID resign as a minister after the scandal broke about his lover's nanny's visa.
- He is currently a Permanent Secretary not a minister (unlike krisidiot muru).
- It is voluntary to report job offers & well, he didn't volunteer. Blunkett didn't cover for Anglofleecing (a scandal that never was)...

CHENEY:

- His chief of staff not Cheney has been implicated. We don't automatically expect kibs to rsign coz of stupid comments by karume (fake currency allegations), kiraitu (scandal that never was), etc.
- Scooter Libby did resign UNLIKE any kenyan politicians or their aides.
- There will be an investigation by the White House & Congress. Has parliament or state house tried to investigate is there was any wrongdoing on krisidiot's behalf?

Kiplelei: Standard newspaper Wednesday Nov 2 has the CCK jobs.

Mimmz: One day we will look back in wonder at the mysterious Cheney years

anonymous: In this case oranges and bananas are the same - cheney, blunkett and murungaru have created stinks in their offices, but their bosses have not got rid of the baggage (only Blunkett has jumped so far)

kipepeo: Replays of Tergat triumph are a joy to watch, I only wish I had seen it live
