Remember Africa Confidential?

Africa Confidential has re-tooled its look but it is still a pay site. This is one publication that has never changed its style, and has unfortunately been over-taken by events. Back in the late 1980’s and early 90’s, it was legendary for exposing grand corruption - and it caused so much fear that it was banned and anyone caught with it would be arrested for plotting against the government. Today it offers much less content and still for a fee(3 months @ $184 = Kshs. 4,900 per month), when there are dozen’s of weekly publications on the streets of Nairobi with the latest sleaze and exposes for 20 shillings. I recommend that Africa Confidential offer more content (longer articles) that is mostly free - they can charge for archive reports and advertizing)
