With the new Age Discrinination Act 2006 in UK, shouldn't we follow in our motherland Kenya. Surely, 5-10 years of experience and xy years of age is all outdated. As long as one delivers what is needed. Youngsters today will perform better than their older colleagues in many tasks. 18 years in Europe and 6 years managing an outpatients department in one of the biggest hospitals in UK has taught me that. I am about to turn 40, but if age is still a barrier, then some of us will never come back home and share the knowledge we've acquired.

Yes! I totally agree with you folks. And this site also hosts professional seminars and conferences. Participating in non-ISACA activities like university courses, seminars, conferences, in-house corporate training and professional meetings can also count as CPE hours. And completing university courses in relative fields can earn you several CPE hours. This site is definitely helpful thanks. IT audit
