I thought the directors said the 150M in refunds from KRA was done in Q1 of 2008 and hence greatly boosted the results for last year. Kindly refer to the quarterly reports for 2008. 2. My understanding was that the Chevron deal with Total Outre Mer has already been finalized and that Total Outre Mer will take over Caltex Kenya on 1st June 2009. It is the transfer of the Caltex assets from Total Outre Mer to Total Kenya that is still being sorted out.
